We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Easy Nest. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us at simplecartgroup@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
