Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order. Free on orders of $50.00 or more. Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days after you place your order (1–3 business days of processing plus 3–5 business days in transit).

The available shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

International shipping is not available at this time. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping carrier receives your package.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at help@easynestat.com.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the issue and assist you.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control may occur. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
